Welcome to Zandia, a country filled with untapped potential and ever-lasting conflict. The Syndicate, a powerful private military organization, is in a constant war with the Zheng Shi Holding Group sent by an international consortium to lay claim to the region’s rich natural resources.
As a Commander under contract with The Syndicate, it’s up to you to take down ZHG operations in the area and fight to claim as much territory as possible. Your very life might depend on it.
With the guidance of the shady Mr. Black, you will construct your Base and establish a permanent foothold in Zandia. Step into the war room and send your soldiers all across the country to sow fear in the hearts of the rival troops. However, military might alone is not enough to wipe out the competition. You will have to rely on diplomacy and alliances if you hope to someday leave Zandia in one piece.
In the dog-eat-dog world of Soldiers Inc.™, knowing when to shoot and when to ask questions is the key to a swift victory.

YOUR BASE
Your base is the most important thing, this is where you build your buildings, train your units and gather resources from.
Only leave units out of the bunker if you have enough to repel an attack (25K Firedrakes should do), before logging off, spend all your resources and bunker your units.

The types you can currently train are:
Light Infantry
Heavy Infantry
Armour
Aviation
The types that you can not train are
Strategic, these can only be bought at the black market or gained through competitions.
Alien/Predator, these were only available for a limited time and are no longer available, if you own these units do not use them.
In these unit types there are offensive & defensive unit classes, these can be differentiated by a red target symbol for offence or a green shield for defense in the top left of the units icon.

AVP
AVP units can no longer be bought, trained or revived in the sick bay.
The 90-day Alien vs. Predator addition to Soldiers, Inc. included two separate Alien and Predator campaigns that had 12 missions each, which could be played separately or in parallel with each other. In the Alien campaign, players worked with the Weyland Corporation’s top xenobiologist to turn Aliens into devastating living weapons. The Predator campaign paired players with their Syndicate handler Mr. Black, as he seeks to acquire unknown Predator weapons technology before a thermonuclear detonation erases the extraterrestrial species from existence on Earth ( it ends up blowing up their temple at the end of the 90 days. During the event there were 13 Limited-Edition Units available being both alien and predator units.
The event introduced 5 all-new Alien units and 5 all-new Predator units. Players were be able to train powerful Alien and Predator clones to fight alongside their regular forces. And three special new Strategic Units. The Predator Ancient boosts the offensive and defensive capabilities of any Predators it accompanies into battle. The Xenomorph Queen boosts offensive and defensive capabilities of Xenomorphs. The Predalien - the strongest unit to appear in Soldiers Inc. to date –affects both new types of Units. there was also a new building (Weyland lab), map locations, and items (artifacts used for building the AVP units). Weyland Field Laboratory was constructed at your base but was not moveable, it was used to clone new Alien and Predator Units. New items (Artifacts) can be used to create each clone. New locations and excavation sites (like the old depot) were 'uncovered' across Zandia. Players had to capture and hold these sites using their new units to collect Artifacts.

YOUR COMBINE
This is where you come to solve your problems.
You are joining a group of people that work as a team, this means if you are getting harassed by another player you can make a team effort to subdue them or if you need contracts/referrals or resources you can ask on combine chat or individual members (usually you ask the CEO first and if they do not have it they can refer you to someone else or ask for the item/s in a combine message).
It is important to contribute towards your combine by doing combine tasks such as Special Operations (it is free stuff so you can't complain) and competing in combine tournaments/competitions and definitely contribute towards real combine Wars and Challenges.

COMBINE HQ
The Combine HQ is a building constructed by your CEO to unify your forces and strengthen your armies.
The Combine HQ has 21 levels (0-20), when first constructed your Combine HQ will be at a default level of 3, but it can be downgraded to level 0
by your enemies.
A Combine HQ can be downgraded by 1 level every 24 hours.
The higher the level of the Combine HQ means that the technologies developed are more powerful, if you have level 0 technologies but only a level 5
Combine HQ you only get the bonuses of a level 5 Combine HQ, this excludes bonus dominance points given by the development of these technologies.
The Combine HQ is upgraded using Battle arks, these can be earned during competitions or by a authorised member purchasing them with diamonds.
To upgrade the technologies requires Tech Chips, these are also gained from competitions, but they can not be bought.
Each technology can be upgraded to level 20, there are 10 different technologies, they are:
Ration Consumption Reduction,
Unit Speed Bonus,
Light Infantry Defense Bonus,
Heavy Infantry Defense Bonus,
Armour Defense Bonus,
Aviation Defense Bonus,
Light Infantry Offence Bonus,
Heavy Infantry Offence Bonus,
Armour Offence Bonus,
Aviation Offence Bonus.
There are three tabs in the Combine HQ, they are Info, Garrisons and Technologies.
Under the Info tab you will find a summary of all the technologies levels and bonuses, the Combine HQ's level, the amount of Battle Marks required to upgrade to the
next level and the Combine HQ's name.
Under the Garrisons tab you there is the option to send or recall units to and from the Combine HQ, when the Combine HQ is level 5 it CAN NOT be downgraded
so there should be no defense there as it is a waste, when the Combine HQ is above or below this level it needs to be defended very well.
Under the Technologies tab there is a list of all the technologies and three levels, if you are authorised you can initiate an upgrade on one of these technologies.

MINING COMPLEXES
Mining Complexes are the primary objective of the war in Zandia. These heavily fortified ore extraction and processing centers are they key to controlling
Zandia's vast mineral wealth, and by extension one of the world's most lucrative global economic monopolies. Built in the months following the discovery of the
rare earth metal deposits in the region, Mining Complexes have been fortified into virtually impregnable military bases (now occupied by firmly entrenched ZHG forces).
The actual chance of finding one of these held by ZHG is almost impossible and the ZHG holding these is EASY, this is just Plarium's description.
The combines ability to capture, hold, and upgrade these Mining Complexes will determine your collective territory (territory is converted into dominance at a 1:100 conversion rate).
Any combine that holds a Mining Complex must be prepared to defend it from other Combines, but also ZHG forces. With each successful defensive battle against attacking ZHG forces the
the combine will be paid a Syndicate cash bounty into the Mining Complex that was attacked. These funds can be used to grant "Veteran" status to most types of units stationed there.
Veteran units have increased offence/defence bonuses and have reduced ration consumption.
To upgrade a Mining Complex a combine must pool their resources or diamonds towards developing it, every combine member that has been in the combine for a minimum of 1 week
can contribute resources towards the Mining Complexes next development level. The progress bar will display the combine's collected contribution. Once the progress bar is full, the Mining
Complex will upgrade to the next development level and its operational range and military performance will increase. If a combine's Mining Complex is captures, it automatically
loses 1 development level. If a combine recaptures the Mining Complex within 60 minutes it will keep its current level without downgrading further.
To defend a Mining Complex or to spend cash in it you can find the Mining Complex tab in your Combine home page or your joint ops center.
To spend cash to Vet units the units must be stationed at the Mining Complex, there are a few different units that can not be Vetted, they are:
Any Syndicate units,
Thulium Light and Heavy Infantry units,
Pelicans,
Any Strategic units.

The best way to build your army is first be able to feed it, this means building 6 Landing Zones, upgrading them as much as you can and even better is to build a Air Traffic Control Tower, this can reduce ration consumption by up to 85%, and at level 21 this building gives back 5% more units at the sick bay.
You should have 5 Munition Factories and 5 Oil Derricks, they should be upgraded as much as you can.
Then you have the booster buildings, the Arms Dealer Building which boosts munitions production by up to 20% at level 7 and the Fuel Silo which boosts fuel production by up to 20% at level 7.
All resource buildings should be upgraded whenever you can, they are more important than training units as they are the future of any units or other buildings you want forever...

CHALLENGES & WARS
Combine Challenges & Wars are diplomatic agreements between two combines.
In a challenge the fight is meant to be semi friendly, A war means that troop number limits and raid attempt limits are lifted and you don't want to be on the losing side.
Some combine use a secondary or another friendly combine to safely have challenges with, this can get the combine the medals and the rewards easily without undue loss of troops, this CAN NOT be done in a war, all points gained in a war require losses apart from collecting from repositories.
There are 3 medals related to challenges & wars:
Line 'em Up, for winning a set amount of challenges
Untouchable, for getting a set amount of points in a single challenge
Warmongers, for earning a set amount of points at war.

THULIUM
The most craved for resource in the game (diamonds are not a resource and neither are upgrade designs).
Thulium is a special resource which allows you to hire a special type of unit, the Syndicate Tactical Assault Group.
To receive Thulium you must exchange Fuel & Munitions at the stock exchange, there are different amount to select and the bigger amounts take a longer amount of time to get.
You can also get Thulium by purchasing with diamonds without the wait time but it will still cost in fuel and munitions. If you capture a Thulium repository it is best not to hold it for more than 15 minutes, also do not attempt to collect from these during a PvP event.

REPOSITORIES (DEPOTS REPLACEMENT)
Both Depots (Now ONLY Special Equipment) and Repositories are stockpiles of one of the three main resources (Fuel, Munitions or Rations), or on of the special resources such as Diamonds, Thulium, Artifacts or Special Equipment.
There are three (main) types of Depot: Large, Medium & small (Diamond Depots used to get a rare Extra Large), the higher the Depots level the more resources it gave per hour, and the larger it capacity.
You will now find Repositories of different sizes on the map according to your level in the game (1-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-55, 56-65, 65-80, 81-100).
The speed at which you can gather the resources found at these Repositories depends on the level of your Materiel Loading Contract, and the carrying capacity of the troops stationed at the Repository.

The Sick Bay is where your field medics work their magic. They can restore almost any (not aliens or predators) units that are lost defending you base for FREE or by spending diamonds.
The Level 1 Sick Bay will let you restore 6% of these units for FREE. Upgrading the Sick Bay will increase the number of units that you can restore.
Reviving units in the sick bay is better than buying them from the black market most of the time, units in the sick by that cost diamonds are at half their usual diamond price,
this can sometimes be furthered by the random discount generator by up to a further 70%.
The Sick Bay contains 2 tabs normally and an extra during Mining Complex Blitz, They are:

MEDICAL LAB
In the Medical Lab there are 8 basic types of stimulants.
You can improve the potency of your stimulants by combining 2 of the same type of stimulant that are the same level,
this will give you a higher level stimulant with increased abilities.
By repeating this process you can upgrade your stimulant to a maximum level of 12.
The higher the level of stimulant the higher the bonuses it will grant to your units.
To combine you stimulants, go to your Medical Lab, open the operation room tab and select the simulants you want to combine. Click select and they will appear
in the combine stimulants section of the window. You will also be able to see the bonus you receive once the stimulants are combined. Click combine to join them together.
Once combined the stimulant will be immediately sent to the cold storage section.
To upgrade your stimulants first you have to upgrade the Medical Lab to the required level.
Each stimulant is used for a different class of unit, for example Force lvl. 4 stimulant is used for offensive combat aviation, and adds a +2% offence bonus.
To select a different stimulant to use click on the currently active stimulant and click Extract. For higher level stimulants (level 5-8) a jet injector or (level 5-12) a nano injector is needed to extract the stimulant safely, otherwise the stimulant will be dropped and destroyed.
The different types of stimulants are:
Force - Offence, Combat Aviation
Unity - Offence, Armour
Shock Power - Offence, Heavy Infantry
Strength - Offence Light Infantry
Swiftness - Defense, Combat Aviation
Agility - Defense, Armour
Endurance - Defense, Heavy Infantry
Resistance - Defense Light Infantry

HOW DO I GET DIAMONDS?
Diamonds are a special Resource you can either collect as a reward for completing missions, or purchase for yourself. Once you have enough, you can use Diamonds to gain extra advantages in the game. For example, you can boost your Resource production, building construction, or your Unit training speeds. If you lack Resources, or need a specific Referral, you can use Diamonds to purchase them. They can also be used to get other items, like Base Layouts or Improvements.
Additional Diamonds can always be purchased at the Bank by selecting the ‘Bank’ button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, but the best way to get them is in 'special offers', these are those annoying offer that pop up most of the time when you log on, these can give discounts of 10%-200% off, the later usually occurs when there is a special holiday such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Plariums Birthday ect. You can get free Diamonds in several ways – completing in-game tasks, leveling up, placing in the top Ranking positions, or completing Achievements.

ZHG (SEARCH & DESTROY MISSIONS)
When doing ZHG you may not necessarily get a payout with each successful completion of Search & Destroy missions. As you engage Zheng Shi locations, you are earning a cumulative
credit towards your next payout of units and/or resources. The way your credit pays out is randomised between units and/or recources and/or special mission items for the armoury.
The bigger the credit build up the bigger your payout will be, to work out your credit you can download the zhg_bank_workout_sheet from the MEMBERS ONLY section of our website.
When doing S&D missions and you know your bank (credit) is not high enough to get you a payout do your two or three highest ZHG missions to quickly build up your bank, the biggest missions do not kill as many of your units but still give the same bank as a normal ZHG mission of that size.

ALTS
Owning an ALT. An Alt is an alternate account that you control, this does not mean one that you are looking after for a friend, this means you have created an account for your own use but you have another account that you use for normal activities.
An Alt can be used for sending yourself resources (ineffective) or for defending your base (useful), it can also be used to harass other players by sending small scale attack to your enemies bases but if you do that to often they might catch on, if you have a larger Alt (over lvl. 50) you can do more with it, this means you can properly defend your base or a Mining Complex using it, you can send full scale attacks against your enemies etc.
If you do have an Alt make sure that you do not create 50 or so or that will cast suspicion as to why 50 people are logging on from the same IP address, and owning more than one maybe two other accounts ruins the game.
Always try and log it on from a different IP address (different computer and not from the same internet router), this means they can not prove that both accounts have the same MAC or IP addresses.
And you may be asked to prove your identity if you are accused of multi account abuse, this means you AND your Alt need separate identities (photo ID).
IT IS WORTH HAVING 1 (ONE) EXTRA ACCOUNT, BUT YOU NEED TO HAVE A ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM OF 2 EXTRA ACCOUNTS.
Multi-Accounting Policy: By using Plarium’s Services players agree NOT to have more than one account at any given time, and shall not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than themselves.
Players found to be in violation of this policy will receive disciplinary action. Their alternate accounts will be permanently blocked without notice, though they may retain access to one primary account at the discretion of the Plarium Customer Support Team contingent upon a commitment to create no further accounts in the future. Additional violations may result in permanent banning from the game.
We understand that multiple players may share the same IP address. These players may still need to prove they are different people. If you have had your account blocked due to suspicion of multi-accounting, you must individually contact our Support Team for us to determine the authenticity of your account.
How to Report Multi-Accounts. When reporting multi-account abusers, we ask that all our players use the following procedure: gather as much evidence as possible -- be it screenshots, links to profiles, locations in the game, etc. -- and then send your report to our HelpDesk at http://support.plarium.com. You can also use the designated threads on our official social boards.
We carefully review all of these reports, and sometimes this can take a bit of time. We ask for your patience.
Please note that in some situations we may be unable to tell you the specific outcome of our investigations, as it may violate the privacy of our users.
